On any given weekend in North Carolina during motorcycle riding season, there are a number of motorcycle rides, rallies, dealership open houses, and other events for you to participate; you have just got to know where to find them. If you are looking for an event to attend this weekend, September 25-27, please consider attending the 11th Annual Ray Price City BikeFest in Raleigh. This is the 7th year I am sponsoring this great event. Please visit the event’s website to see a list of all the scheduled events.
When looking for other North Carolina motorcycle rides and event, the following websites give you a pretty comprehensive list of motorcycle events across North Carolina:
Another good resource is your local Harley-Davidson, Powersports, BMW, or Honda/Kawasaki/Suzuki/Yamaha dealership. Most motorcycle dealerships have a section on their website that is devoted to events taking place at their dealership.
Maybe you are looking for other motorcyclists to ride with who have your same interest in a particular motorcycle brand/manufacturer, charity, or style of riding. For example, if you ride a Harley-Davidson, there is a Harley Owners Group (HOG) chapter at your local Harley-Davidson dealership. If you ride a Honda Goldwing, there are a number of Goldwing Road Riders chapters throughout North Carolina. If you ride a BMW check out the BMW Motorcycle Owners Association. There are too many motorcycle sponsored charity rides and events to list, so just hop on the computer and search for what interests you. Throughout the years, I have sponsored a number of very worthwhile motorcycle events and charity rides which you can see by visiting this page of my website. I urge you to consider attending these events as part of your future riding plans, it’s a great way to get in touch with the motorcycling community and it’s always a good time.
