Attorney & Staff

Law Office of Gary Poole — North Carolina

If you ride a motorcycle, you know that when an accident occurs and injury results, there are matters related to the accident that are unique to motorcycles. A motorcycle collision is not going to be handled in the same way that a car accident will be. Having an attorney who represents motorcyclists injured in accidents ensures that all matters related to your injury, insurance and motorcycle repairs will be addressed and efficiently handled.

At the Law Office of Gary Poole in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, I provide this level of service to motorcyclists. As an attorney who is on the side of those who ride, I have represented personal injury victims of motorcycle accidents for over half of my 24 years in law. In addition to representing motorcyclists, my work has allowed me to address groups such as HOG chapters (Harley Owner Groups) to discuss important matters such as having proper insurance to cover both physical injuries and property damage. Office Staff

Kristin Swofford is one important reason that we have successfully helped so many people. Kristin became my legal assistant in 1991 after graduating from Appalachian State University with a degree in Political Science with a paralegal concentration. I have worked with Kristin for 17 years, and she has a thorough understanding of how to effectively assist me in moving a client's case toward a settlement with the insurance company.

Kristin is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal.

Pat Longo is another reason for the success for our office. Pat has worked as a paralegal with our office for the last 12 years. Several years prior to her joining our office, I had represented Pat after she was hurt in an car accident. As such, Pat has experienced the same thoughts, feelings and emotions that our clients often experience, and that makes her an effective advocate for our clients.

Pat is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal.
